1. About Luxury Events Italy
Luxury Events Italy is an independent website dedicated to the discovery and presentation of selected event locations in Italy. Where requested, we may facilitate direct contact between an interested user and the relevant property or provider.
Our role is limited to identifying potentially suitable properties based on information provided by prospective clients and, where appropriate, facilitating an introduction between the client and the relevant property owner, venue operator or service provider.
Luxury Events Italy does not provide accommodation, venue hire, event planning, catering, transportation, entertainment or any other event-related service.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Luxury Events Italy does not act as the owner, operator or manager of any property featured on this website.
2. Our Role
Luxury Events Italy provides information about selected event locations in Italy and may help users identify properties that appear suitable for their requirements.
Where appropriate, we may facilitate direct contact between the user and the relevant property owner, venue operator or service provider.
Our involvement ends with the introduction. Luxury Events Italy does not negotiate, conclude or manage bookings on behalf of either party and does not participate in the contractual or financial relationship between the client and the property or provider.
Any quotation, negotiation, reservation, contract, payment or service arrangement is made directly between the client and the relevant property or provider.
3. No Contract for Venue or Event Services
Submitting an enquiry through Luxury Events Italy does not constitute a booking or reservation.
Luxury Events Italy does not enter into a contract with the client for the provision of the venue or any services associated with an event.
Any contract relating to:
- venue hire;
- accommodation;
- catering;
- event planning;
- equipment;
- entertainment;
- transportation;
- staffing;
- security;
- additional services;
is entered into directly between the client and the relevant property or third-party provider.
The terms, prices, deposits, payment conditions, cancellation policies and other contractual provisions applicable to those services are determined exclusively by the relevant provider.
Clients should carefully review the provider’s own contractual terms before confirming a booking or making any payment.
4. Availability and Information
Properties displayed on Luxury Events Italy are presented for inspiration and enquiry purposes.
Their inclusion on the website does not guarantee availability for any particular date or event.
Descriptions, photographs, capacities, facilities and other information are based on information available to us or supplied by property owners, managers or other third parties.
While we aim to present accurate and useful information, property characteristics, availability, services and conditions may change.
All material details should therefore be confirmed directly with the relevant property before entering into a contract.
5. Property Selection
Luxury Events Italy may suggest properties based on the information supplied by the client, including destination, number of guests, event type, style and privacy requirements.
Such suggestions represent a selection based on the information available at the time and should not be considered a guarantee that a particular property will meet every requirement of the client.
The final decision to engage, visit or contract with any property remains entirely with the client.
6. Relationship With Properties and Providers
Properties featured or suggested by Luxury Events Italy are independent businesses or privately operated venues.
They are not employees, agents, branches or subsidiaries of Luxury Events Italy unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Luxury Events Italy does not control their operations and is not responsible for the performance of services provided by them.
7. No Fees or Commercial Compensation
Luxury Events Italy currently provides its venue discovery and introduction activity free of charge.
We do not charge clients any fee for submitting an enquiry, receiving venue suggestions or being introduced to a property or service provider.
Luxury Events Italy does not currently receive commissions, referral fees, introduction fees or any other form of financial compensation from the properties or providers featured, suggested or contacted through this website.
Any quotation, payment or financial arrangement relating to a venue or third-party service is made directly between the client and the relevant property or provider.
8. Responsibility of Third-Party Providers
The relevant property or service provider is solely responsible for the services it agrees to provide to the client.
Luxury Events Italy shall not be responsible for acts, omissions, errors, delays, cancellations or failures by third-party providers, including issues relating to:
- the condition or suitability of a property;
- service quality;
- staffing;
- catering;
- accommodation;
- health and safety;
- licences and permissions;
- accessibility;
- event restrictions;
- weather-related arrangements;
- cancellation of services;
- failure to perform contractual obligations.
Any complaint relating to a booked venue or service must be addressed to the provider responsible for that service.
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their requirements.
Before entering into any agreement with a property or provider, clients should verify directly with that party all details relevant to their event, including availability, capacity, services, conditions and contractual terms.
10. Website Content
All website content is provided for general information and venue discovery purposes.
Nothing published on this website constitutes a binding offer, guarantee or contractual commitment regarding the availability or provision of a particular property or service.
We reserve the right to modify, remove or update website content at any time without prior notice.
